Deconstruct, analyze, code, and dare. This is how our DigiVIS dream-team is tackling the challenge of implementing the workflow, with a goal of release by 2024: Destructuring the operational flow, which starts from our customers' requests to the realization of our samples Analyzing meticulously every step, action and passage in order to study all the activities carried out by colleagues in their day Codifying routines to speed up and simplify the communication steps between departments Daring, there is no revolution without risk and the real challenge is to improve the path that brought us so far. These are the four ingredients we chose to tackle this innovation project, which started from our "M0" design gate, with a beta release of Portant software to various team leaders in the Engineering department. What will be the next steps?
