There is no great achievement that has not been reached without crossing a sea of challenges; obstacles that may put us on the spot, but that will help us grow and become aware of what a united team can realize. This is the first concept behind the philosophy of @[Toyota Production System](urn:li:organization:75128702), a management model developed in Japan that is applicable to all business functions. It was an honor to be trained by their team of experts and to have received the "Daruma". For those who don't know it, it is a doll, which in Japanese tradition represents goals to be fullfilled and desires to be realized. Born with no pupils, it is customary to draw the right eye at the moment we set a goal, so that the doll becomes a witness and a reminder of the willingness to pursue it with all the necessaries efforts. Once the goal is achieved, the other eye will be tinted. We aspire to improve our internal logistics, and having drawn the first pupil represents only the beginning of our journey with the Engineering & Consulting Division of @[Toyota Material Handling Italia](urn:li:organization:907156), an extremely valuable partner, both for its practical approach and its holistic view of the field.
